When am I able to book my child onto Halifax Holiday Club?We aim to have the booking form open by the end of Week 2 after each school holiday. We advise going to our Facebook page for updates on when bookings will be open.
How do I check what dates are available to book?Go to the bottom of the booking form, select the programme you would like to book and open the calendar. Bookable dates will be clickable and be in a light grey box. Dates that are not bookable will be faded out.
I’ve tried booking my child onto Explorers/Extreme but when I’ve got to the end of the form, the option isn’t there!We’re sorry to hear that! Our form automatically blocks out programmes that are outside of the age range of your child, so please ensure your child’s DOB and age are correctly inputted on the form. If the issue persists, let us know!
Has my booking gone through?Once you’ve submitted the booking form, you should get a confirmation email from our system automatically. If you do not receive this, please reach out to us so we can check that we’ve received it.
